From 7th to 15th September, Malvern RFC youth coach George Elliott will ride from Lands End to John O'Groats, covering 980 miles in 9 days. He is fundraising for SANE and aims to promote mental health awareness.

George has struggled with depression and anxiety for over 15 years and has learned the importance of mental health. He encourages everyone to TALK to someone – a friend, teammate, family member, or professional. Simply saying things out loud can make a difference. Being part of a supportive community is crucial for mental health and wellbeing.

Now a youth coach at his hometown club, George hopes to foster mental health awareness in a team environment. He will wear Malvern RFC colours during the challenge, with SANE as a focal point. Local Malvern companies have sponsored his jersey and we love it!
