Malvern RFC Executive Committee have undertaken to begin a review of all aspects of what the club do with the aim of making the club the best it can be.

The review will be titled Malvern RFC - Project 2025.

In broad terms all areas of business will be examined to see what improvements can be made and at what cost. The review will take in activity on and off the pitch.

Chairman John Holden will oversee all aspects of the review.

Director of Rugby Rob Cook will lead the On Pitch Review - This will focus on what we can do to attract more players and how we can ensure we do all we can to play at the highest level with local players, whilst at the same time seeking to increase the number of playing adult members.

Chair of Youth Rugby Neil Palmer will lead on all matters around youth development, his focus will be on how we attract more junior members and create a volunteer infrastructure that ensures support for coaches and volunteers creating an environment that means the children that play at the club have the best possible experience and stay playing through adulthood.

Club Secretary Kevin Purcell will lead on matters off the pitch that will include ensuring we are aligned properly to RFU policies and procedures, Health and Safety, playing and training facilities, club house use, catering facilities, bar, staff matters and club communications.

All of the committee will be involved in their area of expertise and the review will seek to listen to the views and thoughts of any member or member of staff who wants to express them.
