We’re Hiring: Hospitality, Events and Facilities Manager

Malvern Rugby Football Club is looking for a dynamic Hospitality, Events, and Facilities Manager to lead our bar, catering, and events operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll create a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere, deliver fantastic events, and grow revenue through fresh ideas and community engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, club shop, catering, and wider club facilities

• Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of all club spaces to the highest standard.

• Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service

• Plan and deliver an exciting and varied calendar of events, including themed nights, beer festivals, live music, and private functions.

• Drive sales and increase community engagement through innovative promotions, social media, and local partnerships.

• Manage stock, budgets, and financial performance, providing regular updates and KPIs to the Executive Committee.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing a licensed premises, hospitality venue, or catering operation

• A proven track record of boosting sales and running successful events

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a team

• Financial awareness and confidence with stock and reporting

• A proactive, can-do attitude with innovative ideas

• Full and clean driving licence

What We Offer

• Salary: circa £30,000 per year
