The Annual General Meeting of Malvern RFC will be held at 7.30 pm in the Clubhouse on Thursday 30th September 2021!

All members from the 2020/21 season can attend and vote!

Welcome by Chairman - Two minutes

Election of officers  - 20 minutes 

All directors retire and offer themselves for re-election: the following are all the legally required executives and all are willing to stand again. Nominations are however welcome for all positions. To Secretary by 23rd September 2021.

The below roles are Club or RFU created executive committe roles which we vote on at the AGM

Joe Wilks - Membership Secretary & Social Media Lead

Membership subscriptions 2021/22 - Treasurer 5 Minutes 

Playing report  - Director of Rugby 10 minutes

Youth Report - Youth Chairman 10 minutes
