Malvern Rugby Football Call have announced the date of their 2024 AGM, see the details below:

When: Thursday the 18th July 2024 at 19:00
Where: The Clubhouse, Spring Lane, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR141AJ

Any Malvern RFC Member from the 2023/24 season can attend and vote.

The topics for discussion and sign-off:

- Chairman’s Update

 - Presentation of Club's Annual Accounts

- Election of Executive Officers - Any self-nominations or proposals for the role of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer or President to Secretary@malvernrfc.co.uk

- Election of Committee Members.

- Any Other Business - All requests for AOB must be notified to the Secretary in writing a week before the meeting. Email to: secretary@malvernrfc.co.uk
