- Election of Executive Officers - Any self nominations or proposals for role of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer or President to Secretary@MalvernRFC.Co.UK
- Election of Committee Members.
- Any Other Business - All requests for AOB must be notified to the Secretary in writing a week before the meeting.
