Friday 19th May, we saw another busy day for youth rugby with the return of the annual local primary schools tag rugby tournament at Malvern RFC.
Approximately 26 teams, 250 children played 128 games between them with cup, shield and trophy awards up for grabs. It was another great day at the Malvern Rugby Club and it helps us create stronger connections with our local schools.
A big thanks to Sarah Curtis, Iain Brown and all the hard working volunteers who helped make the event a success. Next year’s tag tournament has already been set for Friday 17th May so get the date in your diaries!
